About selecting the next coach, the first thing they have to understand is that this team needs to be burnt to the crisp.
There is nothing on this team that you really can't divorce yourself from.
I looked at this roster.
There might be 15 guys on this team that I think are worth keeping.
Everybody else is trade bait.
You've got to build this team through the draft.
They're too old.
They're too inadequate.
They've got to start from the ground up, and they've got to build from the middle out.
Well, step one would be Shula.
And then, you know, step two would be, well, I think really step one really is making sure Andy Waddell does not get out of buildings.
That guy is responsible for every good draft pick that they've had over the last four or five years.
Well, I mean, wouldn't it be nice if they countered that offer?
Well, I would make him co-GM.
