You're not correct, but after re-listening to it, I don't think it's a bad guess at all.
I had a couple of people have close guesses.
The first one was David Sear.
It sounds to me like someone standing under a raised subway track and the weight of it going by is making a support or something squeak.
That is a very good guess, although it's not correct.
