Honestly, Brian Giles was one of the tougher outs I had.
But Kutch is Kutch.
And any time you ask me about pitchers hitting, who I'm facing, I'm always going to โ the lefties were always harder for me.
So just him being a lefty, he just commanded a box.
You know, I had to work to get him.
A lot of times, you know, I had a hole with a slider, whatever the case may be, and just kind of where his presence in the box, the way he stood, you couldn't get him away.
And I'm going back on a scouting report like, you know, 25 years here, but he was really tough out.

But, you know, when he came to the Cubs for us, I know it doesn't count when he came to the Cubs for us.

But, like, that's when his career really took off.
And, I mean, he's in the Cubs Hall of Fame now.
He went in with Kerry Wood a couple years ago.
And just a great teammate, great player, great defender, and, like, a huge difference maker.
We don't make it to the playoffs that year without him.
Well, and to boot, Kenny Lofton.
And I have Kenny on this list because he's like one of my favorite.
I have him on here too.
