But I thought that's very good.
He has a good way of knowing when the moments are getting critical.
You see that in the inflection of his voice.
And you're right about Edzo.
I mean, he just, on the one goal that tied it up, he, even before it went to replay, knew that there was a screen or somewhat of a slight interference.
either him or Hughes I think it might have been Hughes he recognized that live yeah that's hard to see because it didn't look like that it looked like it just you heard one clang you didn't hear two but he said I think it went off boat and it was a double man he was on it yeah really good I mean he's always been good but you're right coming back from what he said to endure uh Eddie Olchek was a gold medal performance that entire NBC team did a great job
Yeah, I understand that to some degree, but they have, as you know, in that production truck, they've got about 9, 10, 12 cameras going all over, and you're trying to figure out
Who do you want to really be on?
Well, they did on replay.
You later saw him, but you're live.
Yeah, I do, but...
But it is tough.
You've got to be in that production van and truck to know exactly what's going on and how much they have to deal with.
It is very much a virtuoso kind of situation as a director.
You have to call every shot that you see.
You have to know when to change.
The other thing is if you ever watch the bobsled and the luge and all that stuff,
take different cameras and they have to take them quickly knowing how fast those things are going and you have to be spot on with it you have to everyone has to be on the same page with that it's it's incredible the work that's done and people will never see that part of it people don't understand that part of it but if you did if you saw it you'd come away thinking this is incredible
That would be a good guess.
Just text him and see if he's available.
