I think in an ideal world, that's where the Pirates get to.
I think early in the season, they're a little bit more mindful of things like rest, not overextending guys.
I do think the team puts more weight into that stuff than people externally think about.
So I understand that players are high-priced assets anymore.
you know, they're not human beings.
It seems like, so you're going to try to preserve health.
But I mean, I agree with you.
It's the human component of the game.
Guys like hitting in a certain spot.
They like getting comfortable.
And if they're productive, you probably shouldn't mess with them and you should let them get into their routine.
Now, if something, if they're unproductive, then that's going to change.
But I think over time, we will see this lineup kind of,
you know, gel or settle, however you want to say it.
I just think it's tough this early in the season when you're not scoring runs.
Like, you're going to see change.
And what we're reacting to in that situation is removing Lau and O'Hearn.
But I think you're just trying to play it a little bit slow coming out of the gates.
I will not be in the dugout hoisting the cone, but I'll tell you who will.
