I think first ultimately will be his spot, and I wouldn't be adverse to him batting first tomorrow.
Why not?
Pressure is pressure.
He's faced a lot of pressure already, so I don't think pressure is going to bother him.
Once these games start to play and everything starts to unfold, it's just baseball.
He knows how to do that.
He will be challenged because he's going to see pitchers and velocities he hasn't seen in quite some time.
So that will be an adjustment for him.
But like Ben Kindle, and I used this analogy the other day, Austin,
They trust what they saw in Ben Kindle.
Now, we're not talking about contract money here, but they saw what they saw.
And they said, you know what?
He's capable.
We're going to put him in there.
And I don't think they're going to, you know, if things go through ruts, whatever, everybody goes through them, they're not going to shy away from what they believe in him.
They'll keep putting him out there.
And I think that's a great way to go.
When you're that high of a prospect, you're going to get as many chances as possible.
