Connor Griffin proves he can be that guy, play every day at shortstop.
And then, of course, you have Paul Skeens, anchoring and pitching staff that may be one of the better ones in the game.
All of a sudden, the game changes.
And in a short series, if it ever comes to that, the Pirates would be a very difficult out.
