I agree with the fact that they should be looked at and graded
All throughout this whole process.
I don't think just because you've been in a league for 29 years gives you the right to be an official in a Super Bowl.
I agree.
It should be a grading system.
I'm not against any of that.
All I'm saying is given the money and the profits they make, asking for a 10% raise is not outlandish in a league that makes ridiculous amounts of money.
And they're a big part of it.

Well, I mean, look at some of the coaching salaries and how they've gone.
Yeah, but they're coaches.
I understand that.
But some of them, they have 19 and 20 coaches.
Some of them are there as assistant coaches still making a lot more money than what most people make.
But that's the way it's gone.
That's the league.
That's what happens when you make a lot of money.
It should be.
And I just think they have a very important role.
Well, I think the league is beingβ $400,000, I think, is reasonable to expect that.
