I think that Holloway was basically dragged into the offer sheet by Broberg's agent.

And I don't think Dylan Holloway was particularly happy that Edmonton didn't end up matching the offer sheet.

But if your argument is they should have matched the offer sheet, I think that's a fair argument to make.

That said, they traded for Putkolson.

and got a decent bet as a replacement that has probably exceeded expectations.

The goaltending situation and the goalie coach.

Dustin Schwartz was the goalie coach for a number of years.

It was a significant issue for many in the fan base.

And the irony that they'd make the trade for Tristan Jari, a goaltender that Dustin Schwartz had worked with, with the Edmonton Oil Kings.

And I'm going to say this right now.

I think I know forwards because I think I know why I failed as a forward.

I like defensemen to be smart and competitive and be able to make plays.

The position I probably know the least about tactically and technically would be goaltending.

So I'm always a little bit reserved.

I'm old school.

Stop the puck and don't show up your team.

That's what I'm looking for for a goalie.
