A question mark we have is because the Giants have been struggling for so long,
And the reality is their general manager, he'll be going into year five.
They've won 13 games over the last three seasons.
It is the power dynamic, right?
They need someone to clean out the organization, figure out to get them going outside of just coaching the team in practice on Sundays.
What was his power dynamic and player acquisition, involvement in the draft, free agency?
What was the sense you got from that over the last five, 10 years?
So what do you think his involvement is in the draft?
Because they're going to be looking to find their certain players.
Where I do have an assumption is for agency, I'm sure we're going to be picking around the edges of the Ravens, the Chargers, and maybe if he gets an outside defensive coordinator of that team.
But the draft is really where the team is built and can find success.
What has been his involvement in that?
Um, yeah.
And I think that's something that I've, one of my big question marks going forward is the involvement of Joe Shane and I'm sure the giants will give Harbaugh's, you know, some desired power.
Um, but eventually you're going to want someone that you trust and work with really well, like, like, uh, like, uh, Jim Harbaugh or Jim John Harbaugh had with, with the Ravens.
Um,
What went into the game day time management?
That is something you see people complain about.
I think every fan base complains about it to a point.
But with somebody who's not calling plays, how do you think he handles the game day operation?
