There's no plans to try to revitalize these communities and elevate these people out of dire poverty and gang violence and drug use. There's a way to do it. It's not impossible. but there's no resources put at it at all. That should be another thing. That shouldn't be a Republican thing or a Democrat thing. Why should we spend money on that? It should be community.
