Maybe it was just time, and they felt like nothing was really working, and some of the consistencies that have been there and the people that have been in the organization forever maybe needed a change.

So, yeah, I mean, it feels like a power move if it was John Harbaugh that said you got to go, but we don't know the full details on it.

Who knows who makes these decisions?

These things go on behind the scenes.

The owners are involved in all of this stuff.

Nobody's getting fired from a team that has a position as significant as that without the owner's blessing, just so you know.

Especially if you're there, if Kevin's there for 30 years, he has a relationship.

with the Maris that goes back for 30 years.

Think about that for a second.

Sure.

And when you do let somebody go that has been around that long, it's just not an easy thing.

But it has to happen at some point.

Other people will probably be let go as well.

This is just the natural progression of the NFL and the way that these teams do business.

And that could be a Joe Shane thing.

That could be a Chris Mara thing.

That could be the old John Harbaugh thing.

Maybe they have a history somewhere where it didn't work out or something.
