Today's a great day for Rob Sala because he gets named the head coach of the Titans.

So this is what happens in the league.

And it's all part and parcel.

The fact that those guys lasted so long in one place is a credit to the Mara family.

And also could be maybe a knock against them that they were a little bit too loyal for certain people within an organization that have every day kind of.

interactions with the players so they want to do things john harbaugh wants to do things his way and in order for him to be effective he has to have his fingers in every aspect of the franchise so that's part of the discussions that are going on when they're going through the negotiations

Right.

And, you know, he obviously was amenable to working with Joe Shane and keeping Joe Shane around and seemed like those conversations went well.

And he said, listen, I'm keeping Joe Shane.

We'll keep him around with some other things I need to change.

And there's going to be scouts that he's going to bring over that he's comfortable with, I guarantee you.
