So the Jets, we just never hit bottom, man.
Now DCs don't want to interview because they know the coach is probably gone at some point next year.
And I'm telling you quarterbacks, I'm going to say, draft me, I'll take my NIL money and take a big insurance policy next year.

And I understand when you're a Jets fan and you look at the team and it feels hopeless.
But here, I will go back to just a few years ago where the Jets built a roster through the draft and free agency that was attractive enough for Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers to come and be the quarterback.
So this is a guy who played in Green Bay, one of the all-time franchises.
He wanted to go win a Super Bowl with the Jets because they built that roster up.
Darren Muji has that opportunity.
They have some pillars in place with young players.
If he knocks it out of the park with a couple of these draft classes the next two years, that's when you start getting people to want to come back here.
That's right.

So to me, the Jets are going to be heavy in the draft.
I would think defense, and I would also think some free agent signings on defense.
I think the offense has got, obviously, they have to figure out the most important position.
I wouldn't be surprised if they take a quarterback in the second round, one of these guys that tends to fall a little bit.
I wouldn't be surprised, but they have to fix their defense.
They also have to figure out who their stopgap quarterback is.
