You understand what I'm saying, though.
And it's just the inconsistency of that is maddening.
And the fear I would have as a fan would be that that horrible foul call happens in the final minute of a big playoff game.
And it's just, especially if they're calling it a different way for 47 minutes, that stuff drives me nuts.
And I know, again, big body, he's going to,
I guess, create some contact.
But you've got to have some level of consistency.
And I think if you get that, I really do believe the Knicks will be standing there at the top of the Eastern Conference when the playoffs head into the NBA Finals.
But that's a good example right there.
So you're going to play a Detroit team that's going to come muck it up, which we know.
They are going to hit you in the face.
They're going to try and essentially just...
Probably, but I still think Detroit might be the most physical.
If you're going to let them play, then you've got to let them play for 48 minutes.
And if you're going to swallow the whistle in the first quarter, you've got to swallow the whistle in the fourth quarter.
And that's, I think, as a basketball fan, what, again, I see it at the college level all the time, where a game is officiated differently, first half to second half, and it shouldn't be.
If that's how you're going to call the game, call the game that way.
You're a victim of your own success.
Yeah, there's no doubt.
