Very neighborly.
All I said to him was, did they venue money to give the guy a tip so he didn't fall on you?
And he looked at me like I was nuts.
And you said, why would you tip?
It's a skilled technician.
I always thought, for me, I'd tip the plumber, the electrician, you know, anybody that comes over and does a service to help out whatever issue you have.
To me, it all depends on what the service is and how badly you need it.
So if you have frozen pipes, they break, the plumber shows up within a half an hour, figures out where the leak is coming from, opens up the leak and shuts the pipes and shuts the water down.
That's a guy in the middle of a storm that deserves, in my eyes, an extra tip because I've gone through that.
You know what I mean?
Sure.
The guy's gone above and beyond.
He stayed.
He made sure everything was dry.
He made sure everything was capped off, and he made sure thatβ So he did what a plumber does.
Yes, but in an emergency.
Oh, yeah, but that's a different story.
I mean, especially, like, I understand that, you know, is there somebody that runs the building and they're a super or anything?
No.
There's no super.
