I want to create this gargantuan company that's going to be respected in the industry and customers are going to love and so forth.
and that shareholders are going to want to invest in it.
And then making that concrete and then materializing that abstract vision with precision.
For me, I really enjoy doing that.
It's a creative process for me.

I was talking to James Gorman the other day, who's the retiring CEO of Morgan Stanley.

You're still young.
He said, no, I feel it's time to go.
I feel it's the right time to go.

I've got good succession plan in place.
I think I can leave holding my head high and feel real good what I accomplished.
