These are the sorts of things when people talk about we're just going to build a city and be there in 10 years.

You're not just building the infrastructure.

You literally have to have the ingredients for life created.

I always like saying it this way.

Anyone who thinks it's easy or quick to do this, go move to the central Australia for two years and see how well you do.

Right.

I mean, it's it's hard.

We know this.

It is hard.

It is harsh conditions, dry.

The environment is tough on you.

These are these kind of practical things that do have to be solved, that the way we operate and live is going to have to look differently, and it's going to be hard.

It's not going to be a cakewalk, but we can get there with a lot more work.
