Like I was giving birth or something, what I would imagine.
So then we'd change it, and it would be like huge meal, shake, huge meal, shake.
Worked out twice a day, three rest days, no cardio.
It was all about strength training, and it was all focused around deadlifting.
And it was this guy, Jason Walsh, who I worked with.
And I did that, yeah, so it would be like Monday, 5.30 a.m., and then a 4.30 p.m., or like 3.30, Monday, Tuesday, rest Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, rest Saturday, Sunday, and did that.
And I got up to 238 pounds, and a lot of it was like, because I was thinking about him, his neck, so I came like, I would do all the neck stuff.
And it was his shoulders.
Like, I just wanted so you could shoot over.
And it's like, you know, which we did all the time in the movie, where the guy's just, you know, Chris.
Um, how much weight did you gain?
I went from one 85 to two 38 and all naturally.
Cause I, cancer's in my family.
I've had skin cancer and like, I'm terrified of anything.
So I was like, not going to do that.
