I believe Ian Rapoport maybe in regards to a report he made about, you know, what position he's going to play and when he'll be back healthy and everything he's been doing.
And, you know, he's, he's asking like, who told you that?
Like, so it's, it's out there for everyone.
But I do think it's mostly used by front offices, ownership groups, and obviously head coaches.

And they put pressure on players that way.

They either put pressure on the player, his agent, or maybe it's just to kind of see how the fan base receives it, accepts it.
There's a bunch of different ways of doing it.
