Well, um, before I get into it, I want to say like, I am not the poster child for like, uh, depression, anxiety, panic attack. Like I've just tasted enough of it to know that it was real. Cause I would have said before I had, um, I'll share the story of when it began and now the pace of my life and the things that I do.

It was several years ago that I would have told you that depression or anxiety, you could wish it away. And then I realized, no, it's spiritual, but it's also physical. And you can be chemically imbalanced. And so there are some real physical reasons why you're prone to attack or depression. And then that led me to my first record deal with Bethel Music. And as soon as I signed with them, they're like, we have a tour in like a few weeks. Would you, you know, can you jump on the tour?

And then between that time, I had written songs with like some of my all time heroes, Matt Redman, Phil Wickham. And all this was pretty new to me getting introduced to like all of my heroes.
