Was it upsetting to think back to all that and to write about it and everything and think how, you know, how lost you were?
No, you do it very well and you do give a really, like it's a distressing, but a kind of very enlightening insight into it all.
So tell me then about, you were discharged from hospital, but the sense we get, like I should say to people, this is all not wrapped up in a neat bow.
