They're operating on the same salary cap as everyone else.
It's just that their government has given that money, has given them tax-free incentives.
But their cap is the same as every other club in the country.

It sounds like they're going to open the way for Perth to potentially help our players with third-party deals, because as it stands right now, in terms of negotiating third-party deals, clubs can make introductions, but they can't

Now, that's my assumption from what I read.
