Obviously, Dean Young wants to be the head coach for the St.
George Lawora Dragons.
So he's not going to be sitting there just going, oh, no, let's blood some players.
Let's blood some youth just for experience.
He wants to blood youth to win games as well.
So it's important that he wins games.
But if he goes...
If they lose the next two or three games, it's still not... Well, that's not too bad, two or three games, but they want to see improvement.
They want to see improvement.
Otherwise, they think, oh, do we really need to sack Flano?
Is it the current crop of players we have, or is it actually our coaching system that we've got all wrong?
That's the thing.
A coach can only do so much with what they've got in front of them.
You know what I mean?
So that's where I kind of feel for Flano a bit, because some of the performances... How do you get the best out of your players, though, as well?
I don't see much of a difference, to be honest with you.
Well, as the great Gus Gould said on Channel 9 the other night, it's going to take five to ten years.

Well, that's why I kind of like their young forward.
