And one thing I took away from Wednesday was Foz is at his best when he is busy, right?

At times it's gone off the rails when he was a player and it was because he had too much time on his hands, too many distractions, right?

Now, obviously he's got a beautiful wife, Karina, and a family, right?

And this has taken him away from that a little bit.

The one thing where he thrives, when he thrives, is when he is busy.

He has something to do all the time, right?

So I think that aspect of coaching, that aspect of being a head coach, that's actually beneficial for him because he doesn't want spare time.

He doesn't need spare time.

He can't shut down anyway.

So I don't think that's a big issue in terms of becoming a head coach and the demands.

I don't think he ever was, Dobbo.

I think he spoke to Josh Hanna.

And I don't think there was any real clarity around how he would be involved.

And it wasn't going to be, as my understanding, it wasn't going to be a full-time job.
