The more he holds off, probably the more zeros he'll get on the end of his pay packet, right?
He's more involved now in that process.
Now that he will stay permanently, he's more involved in that.

I mean, if you know Foz, he's 24-7 anyway.
If he's not involved in recruitment, he'll be thinking about something else.
And one thing I took away from Wednesday was Foz is at his best when he is busy, right?
