Employees probably being the most meaningful when you're running a company and motivating the team to work forward.
You really have to tell people what the future will look like, why it will be important and why it's an important thing to pursue and why people need to sort of overcome these short-term challenges. You both have to have the vision and you have to bring the team along with you. And all of them have it in very different styles, but in ways that are incredibly inspiring.
