The Canadian guy was sneakily taking his finger and giving it a little extra spin or a little extra touch after.

And the Norwegians, I don't know if they set up a camera to record this or if it was recorded, but there is clear evidence that this was done.

Clear evidence.

Now, to me, the touch looks insignificant, but it is a touch, right?

It's clearly happening.
