All we did is go in there for the oil.
The United States of America set up the oil business in the first place down in Venezuela.
The Venezuelans themselves...
They teamed up with the United States and United States oil companies to make sure that they could get to the oil, number one, and number two, so that they could refine the type of oil that they have.
I am not one to believe that they owe the United States oil.
But oil is not the only thing they have.
They have gold, they have minerals, they have stuff that is useful.
It's resources that are worth money to the Venezuelan community at large.
They need help getting it out of the ground and refining it.
And some say the Americans are the only ones who have the type of technology that can do this.
