A couple of rap stars and a couple of DJs and about 150 people, 200 people showed up and they had to boat them in because there is no infrastructure.
So Billy had to boat them in and he wasn't allowed to hire any hotels.
So people had to get their own hotels and he got a sponsor last minute for the main stage.
