But if you're looking for a good coach, I don't think there's anything sideways about considering Mike Babcock as long as he's ready to say, hey, listen, I'm going to be better.

I'm going to be better in some of the other areas where I wasn't very good.

But as a coach, nobody can argue that Mike Babcock's not one of the top coaches out there.

You're going to be judged and evaluated on your coaching, but we're going to be watching how you treat players and how you deal with these other... Everybody.

These are people that have shown a real capability to be really good, and people may disagree with that, but I believe in second chances, and I believe if they're ready to acknowledge your past and move forward, that's okay.

And think what Mike did in 15-16 with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

I mean, that was a team that finished at the bottom of the league, but they were competitive.

They didn't have enough talent.

But he got that team to max out.
