The jobs are so hard.
It's not that you make difficult decisions.
Everybody that's been involved in the game, you know, I mean, you're listening to a guy that was traded on Christmas Eve.
Trust me.
But not told until the next morning because it was against the rules.
It's just part of the game.
You deal with it and you accept it.

three-year contract, if I'm not mistaken, that's starting.
And for coaches, that's kind of the goal.
You know you're going to get paid, which is an easier path to coaching.
It's not Chris's goal.
He obviously wants to be the head coach there.
He wants to get the club over the top.
But there are times when you do make hard choices and unpopular choices.
And that's the toughest part.
for all the management teams in the NHL.
When is it time to make those decisions?
