Sometimes it's easy things like just getting more updated photos of their food, their plates, right?
Whatever their meals are.
Sometimes it's like whether things are in or out of stock.
DoorJet says they've been doing this forever because some entrances are really hard to find and they need to be able to help internally their own
deliverers, their drivers figure out where to go.
And so there's been this sort of like, you know, you know, crowdsource like DoorDash, you know, swarm, if you will, of all these drivers across the country who are who have already been taking pictures or updating information to help the next delivery, the next delivery.
And they said, Hey, I
I mean, we're not the only ones that need it.
Turns out our clients are the people we're doing the business for need this type of stuff too sometimes.
So I love this idea that they're giving DoorDash delivery people more ways to be able to make money and they do that through something they're calling tasks.
which can be really, really simplistic.
I suppose they could be a little bit more complex.
There's a pricing schedule in there.
I don't know how that works.
And the last thing I'll say is they just sort of said that they are thinking about or they have decided to make a standalone app that I guess is just about the tasks.
So I love this.
I think this is not only a great way for people in the gig economy to make more money doing things on routes that perhaps they're already doing.
So it's not even necessarily an out of the way.
They say it's like things people could do in between orders.
Sounds great.
