Some, but obviously as with most things, there's no blanket answer across industry and sub-industry because there's such diversity and variety across sub-industry where in some cases that absolutely makes sense and there's just sort of bloat in terms of

you know, how many middle managers are sitting in roles that are redundant, you know, to say the least.

I hate to say that about anybody's job, but there are people who are working jobs that are redundant.

I mean, it is what it is, especially as companies build, you know, grow very, very quickly, you know, have initial success and they're building out their team.

It's bound to happen, right, as you're filling roles.

But it's also considered smart, right?

Yeah, well, it's a deeper conversation about like, if you don't have entry level positions because of AI either, how the hell are you supposed to get the expertise to ever become a middle manager?

Like you wouldn't have time in grade long enough to do that.
