That's just been, for whatever reason, the level of appetite hasn't increased as much as we'd like it to, as much as people in Super League would like it to.

I think with about 16 weeks to go, I'll make contact with the players.
I'll be doing... I've got a pretty comprehensive preparation planned for them this year, which is going to involve them having some self-reflection on their games and reporting back to us, the staff, about how they've gone.
It's nothing intrusive.
It won't be anything contradictory to what they're doing at club level, but there'll be some things that I'll be asking them to do to consider for England at the end of the year.
We have to have some reps at that, whether that be in training or in games, just about what you're seeing and how you go about things.
I'll be holding several teams and Zooms calls through the year with the pockets of players with the outside backs or the spying players, the forwards, you know, whatever that's broken down into.
and trying to get as much understanding as we can before we all land in Australia together in Perth because as we all know when the grand finals played one weekend I think we're all coming together for the following weekend in camp and then the weekend after that I think it's two weeks before two weeks after the grand final I think we're about four field sessions yeah so
Yeah, I don't have any concern about what's happening at club level and how they're being coached.

I don't want to come across as patronising or disingenuous when I say that.
