So I've always been a development coach.

I've always been a long-term coach.

I've always been really interested in who's the next cabs off the rank coming through.

And I've always been interested in the coaches that coach the next cabs off the rank.

So everywhere I've been, I've been heavily invested in making sure that the next cabs off the rank are as good as they can be.

And I'm as equally as interested in what the next Cabot and Rank are with England, but I'm not contracted for that.

We've got to go do our best to get as far into the tournament as possible.

And who knows, do something really special.

So we've got to knock together a group of players who are going to give us that best chance of doing that.
