You have to train it all the time.
If you don't train it all the time, when the thing happens, you'll have to think.
You don't want to have to think, right?
One of the best things about jiu-jitsu is when you're rolling in the class, the person who you are sparring against is generally going close to 100% of their strength.
When there's certain positions, like there's certain things that they're doing to you where they are using all their might to try to achieve a dominant position, a passing of a guard, a finishing up of a submission, they're closing up a submission.
You're accustomed to that.
So it's a normal thing.
And so you're not, like, when you do sparring and karate class, you kind of touch each other.
So when somebody really fucking blasts you, you're not used to that.
And you might freak out.
Jiu-jitsu, it becomes automatic.
