Again, they decide what gets covered, how it gets covered, what the reimbursement rate is, who gets in for surgery, when you get in for surgery. then they can change the surgery. You know, the other thing is having owned labs and pharmacies and had all these touch points. I didn't know this. Like I was naive like everybody else.
