What are some of the reasons that you've seen that solo moms like yourself are citing as to why they wanted to do this on their own?
We got to talk about the way that single motherhood has been framed for a long time.
I wonder how do these real life single moms of today differ from the image or stereotypes that we may have of single motherhood?
Pallavi, I'd love to hear from you on this first.
There is nothing wrong with a son, a boy, modeling himself after his mother.
And so it's not like having, you know, a man in the house, like as your partner, as a father is like an automatic solve for having this great role model around that, you know, that perhaps her son could look up to.
But I love that.
I love that reframe for her.
Like, why can't I be my like the role model for my son?
Like, why can't I do that?

I wonder, like, can you recall any cultural messages or stereotypes that you kind of had in your mind about being a single mom before you made the choice to become one?
