Looking back, I think that they did that a lot. They made me do their dirty work a lot. And then at one point, they tried to tell me I had to change my job responsibilities so that I didn't ever have to see Darlene. And that's whenever I was like, nope, I'm out. I'm putting in my notice. They were like, well, we can't lose you. We're going to make a plan to get rid of Darlene. It was not good.

So Gina and Caitlin had all of their students essentially practice once they completed their numbers. I guess once they were graduate midwives is what they called them. And right out of the bat, as a brand new baby midwife, she took on the role as clinical director right after getting her license. Jen basically ran Origins Dallas.
