So if you haven't experienced this yet, a lot of chains are starting to use AI at the screen in order to take your order.
Yeah, I actually saw this and an AI tried to charge a guy like $150,000.
Yeah, it's not perfect, but more and more companies are going towards it.
Last year, the average time in line was 5 minutes and 26 seconds.
Remember when McDonald's had, like, the promise it's, like, under a minute or less they would get you your food?
So last year was five minutes, 26 seconds.
But now with AI in 30% more places, the time is nine seconds slower.
Taco Bell was the fastest at 4 minutes and 16 seconds from order to pickup.
