If you've never bought a house, like, you know, I had never dealt with one until we bought a house.

I don't know what it is, but I wouldn't jump to cop ever.

It's confusing if you've never heard mortgage officer before, but basically take the most boring job you could think of, multiply that by 10, and that's almost as dull as what an actual mortgage officer does.

I mean, not to insult any mortgage officers listening or anything.

No, I say that in the most respectful way possible.

I do have a feeling, though, when Aaron and Fiona talk about this a little later tonight, he's going to be like, are you sure you can't do a little bit more dangerous of a job?
