location the exact location of where this will be going and when that was determined you know i think don do you want yeah the exact location is just the hallmark headquarters building that you see right here um it'll um go where our parking lot is off of gillam and come all the way to 25th street here so they need businesses to display something hallmark hallmark yeah

And we just told our employees that Hallmark Building will be coming down, and we've got to now go to work and try to figure out where we will stay.

But we are going to be committed to Crown Center.

We love this neighborhood.

We're going to love it even more.

We aren't involved in the stadium per se, other than giving way to it with our headquarters.

We're still very committed to the development around Hallmark.

the stadium, but we're not owners of the team.

We're not owners of the stadium, but we are loving this partnership of all of the area around the stadium.

And it's perfectly symbiotic with our vision for what Crown Center has always been about engaging the city and making this a better community.

So we're very excited about that.

The stadium being in this neighborhood and the collaboration that we'll have in building the master plan for the future.
