Feeling the shape of the entire body.
and the way in which it favors one side over the other, or tilts slightly to one side.
Gently then remembering all those points of tension in the spine, breathing out now through those points.
And with each breath, feeling the tension dissolve a little more, dissolve a little more.
dissolve a little more.
Take three cycles of gentle, deep in breath and out breath, moving at a pace and to a capacity that is comfortable for you.
And just notice what it is like to stand in awareness.
And gently then, still aware of the breath, still able to stand with awareness, we begin to be really aware now of the ground beneath our feet, maybe gripping it once again with the toes.
We gently begin to move our fingers.
We feel the sensations of the air around us.
The clothes hanging on the body.
Perhaps the chair if we're touching or holding a chair for stability.
And gently now we make the intention interiorly that when we find ourselves having to stop and stand, we now know that we can take a moment to just
Check in, to be still, to touch meditation even for a moment.
Gently opening our eyes if the eyes are not open already.
Taking a moment to give thanks for this time.
And then allowing the sound of the bell
to draw us back to the activity of the day.
