And you're looking at the same piece of paper.
Well, I just don't understand that you're looking at it from a different perspective is ultimately what it comes down to.
And then just remembering that
if your beliefs are really yours and they really are that concrete, it's okay to question them.
And when you engage in a discussion, you can say, hey, you know what?
I'm going to start from zero.
I'm going to listen to the other side.
And if you can arrive back at those same conclusions, then you've just really made it yours and you've strengthened your position.
Or if the individual that's sharing information with you has enlightened you, that's your friend.
They've just helped you out.
You know what I mean?
It's not someone to be hated.

I think the other thing too is you need to understand that there is a third option and that it's just not black and white.
There might be some gray area and both sides can be right at the same time and that we really should have policy that says, hey, here's how you incorporate both considerations.
Like I said, there are going to be people that if they're just given a
little government help, assistance, they're gonna change their lives.
And then there are some people that are gonna be moochers.
And it's just like, how do we actually treat people as individuals and not numbers?
