You're not hyper-focused on the power play or, hey, I'm the good guy at the bag skate.

I don't have to sit down with a guy when he's pissed off because he's not playing.

Being a head coach is very different.

But you look at the way baseball works, look at the way soccer works now, and we know it's around in the game.

Hey, this is the lineup we should be using.

This is the style of play we should be using.

This is something you've got to consider when this team's in town because they play this way.

That's what I'm wondering here with Hiller, and I wouldn't be surprised if Chyka was enticed by that.

And I think with Chyka there –

as still a raw, trying to kind of revamp his reputation around the game type of situation, I don't think it would have been – I don't know if he was going to go with – I was never prepared for him going with the Bruce Cassidy type, the John Tortorella type, the guy that larger-than-life old-school coach.

But I also don't think he was going to go with someone that was so raw –

You know, like a coach at a junior or maybe college that you haven't heard of before where people are going to question exactly what that relationship looks like.

But, yeah, I mean, in the end, it's Hiller.

Obviously, you know, Chayka said they interviewed a lot of people, sat down with a lot of people, and I don't dispute that.

And I'm sure they listened to a lot of people.

And Hiller popped.

So, okay, there's a part of me that appreciates Chyka making this hire because, again, this is not going to win over a lot of people that are kind of doubting where things are going.

Unless they want to be playoff team next year, then there is a bar set, Noodles.

This is the biggest one by far, though, so far.

I mean, hiring the coach.
