I think he had Xavier Rowe, who played really well.
He's obviously heading overseas.
You've had Finlay Christie, who you're able to have there.
He plays well for the Blues, and I think he's an experienced person if they feel like they need that experience.
they can always go to finn but i just think with how noah's played the last couple of weeks you've got cam roy guard who's your number one and then yeah i think you've had cortez at our team who's actually come in really nicely at this part of the time when probably going at that battle with xavier with xavier rowe in the first part of the year but those would be my three that i'd be picking
the way that he does play so instinctively.
I think with how the game is going now, you've got to have a halfback that's able to snipe and keep those heart defenses guessing.
And I think the best thing that I think he has is he's very good in his decision making when he does run.
And he's actually powerful enough and very strong, even if he does make the wrong decision, he's able not to get himself into trouble.
i think having that running element it's a massive strength that he does have i think his game management jip has got his kicking especially as his box kicks have been very very efficient this year especially with the crusaders and how they did play even with the with the amount of kicks that they played against the hurricanes but yeah i think you are right his like for like with roy guard i think is something that is uh probably that one two punch i think very similar to how cam does play as well
As a nine, you know, it probably takes a little bit of time getting in the first part of your professional career to understand the box kick and getting the technique right.
But, yeah, I just think in that area, especially this year, I probably should get the stats for next week and see how many balls are actually contestable from his kicks because it actually just does seem that it's in the right area most times.
And, you know, with old Crusader teams, when you do get there right, it's a big part of their game.
You can kind of get that click attack.
get the ball back and being able to attack off that so yeah jibber to to answer your question i think he's been very very good and been a lot better and i think it's the best version in this early part of his career but that box kicking game has been very very good and a lot better than probably the last couple of years yeah i mean when they won those six titles there's a pretty good nine of it i can't remember who it was but that he was really good both of us george bridge mate good runner now when you think back to what we did with the analysis earlier in the year around the way the day randy plays what do you think a halfback
I think if you do look at how the Highlanders have been playing, they're probably not getting the results.
Jimmy's still probably one of the best players in the team and given them, I guess, all the kind of things that he did last year.
Now, obviously, he was playing at a very high level and the Highlanders were probably playing a little bit better or pretty similar to where they are now.
So I don't think...
you know knowing dave and probably mike they'll be doing their stats around the effort areas and maybe all the kind of metrics that they want to be able to see from them from their midfielders but i think just to come back to billy proctor i think like what i think excites me and i think you know and what dave rennie does kind of um does like is that kind of all the effort areas all the kind of hard work and all the one percenters which
