I think he'd be in that squad for sure.
And I feel like with Tate McDermott going, and you know sometimes when there is an injury for a long period of time and you are the guy, you get all the reps, you're able to be able to feel confident, you know what, I don't actually have to worry about paying 20 minutes here, 30 minutes here and being able to overplay my hand with what he's probably done over the last couple of years.
Because he is a competitor and wants to be able to start probably, but I think with Tate McDermott going down and him actually being the guy, we've seen the best version of him because it just seems like he's a...
He's got a good flow state and he's been able to just play and it just seems like the team is really rallying behind the way that his instinctiveness and the way that he is playing and his maturity has been a big part of his performances, I think, as well.
I hope I'm in flow state in about two and a half hours, boys.
That's what I'm hoping.
This is your primer.
I'm visualising Kalani Thomas and Noah Hotham.
That's what I'm visualising right now.
And a bit of Cam Warrigard.
and and and the focus comes into just executing your role for the legacy of that jersey and he has that mana but have you leaned much into the sports like stuff and how's it helped you definitely not with obviously with gilbert and okay didn't have the opportunity to be able to spend a lot of time with him but yeah definitely around the mental skills and probably to bring back to your point job i think
you know even being on the bench when you were on the bench you you were able to implement those kind of mental skills around like our situations in game so you'd be you'd be together so nines tens and midfielders would be more so on the bench because we're working together you lose forwards and your tighties we're all kind of together talking around situations in the game what would be happening here what's the worst case example how would you feel and around that and being able to implement those kind of mental skills and i think on a on a personal base as well
been able to in pressure situations having tools to be able to go to go to and being able to train and not just in games but whether that's in trainings whether it's in the classroom whether it's even in life as well trying to implement the tools that you've been given around high pressure situations so that's a massive work in and around that now john quinn was more so my kind of person that i did use when i was at the crusaders he's a who's a big part of being able to be a resource of the crusaders and it actually does come over here with kibota
to be able to upscale it to that space.
So yeah, I found it massively beneficial.
Like, don't get me wrong, SNC, being fit, strong is really important.
But I think in big games, as you know, Jipper, the mental side of it is probably the most important thing to be able to keep cool, calm, process driven, and being able to execute under pressure and not feeling frantic.
Because, you know, there's going to be a lot of times where you'll make mistakes in trainings or in games and, you know, that kind of going in the redhead and
not being able to think cognitively.
If you can be able to bring yourself back within one mistake and not continue that snowball effect,
