claimed that it could block... This was the Solicitor General under the Obama administration, that it could block the publication of a book in advance of the election under certain circumstances because of the regulations around speech and elections and dark money and politics and all this stuff.
So that's where this stuff always goes.
It goes to one side trying to leverage this for censorship, and I think our side...
trying to play fair more often and then and ending up just being on the losing end of the situation so uh i i don't know that there's going to be remember this would all take a lot of time right there's there's one thing for people to know clay but then it also has to make its way through the courts and places will fight this and they'll say how do you make this distinction and you might get some bad judges and you know the supreme court so this will take a while to sort out is is my answer
But it is really important that everyone knows the Democrats have had a massive advantage in the establishment media landscape for our for certainly for our entire lives.

Yes, there have been others who have been massive voices, and there's one cable channel that does quite well that is conservative or Republican, whatever.
The truth is we're just beginning to address this disparity, Clay.

That there are laws and that they've treated, or rather their regulations, and they have treated some of these shows like they're neutral news programs?
Does anyone really believe that?
This is what the Jon Stewart era of The Daily Show was so aggravating for a lot of us.
Because, yeah, I mean, a lot of this stuff is clever and funny, but it was really a propaganda show.
The whole point of it was to push Democrat themes through the prism of comedy.
But because it was comedy and look, I mean, Trump is very funny.
Trump's a politician, right?
Comedy and politics are not in any way distinct or rather separate from each other by their nature.
