And then he kind of takes an aside with a message for the fans.

So he said he was done, then he wasn't?

So it makes a plea to the fans.

It was Emeka Okafor's jersey retirement night, just the third UConn men's player to have his jersey retired.

And then they go out and they lose to Creighton, 91-84.

So here's Hurley after the game, turning the attention to his team that he basically says can't guard anyone.

Dreadful there, and then later on saw this coming.
